RSS is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Members of our User Experience team conduct testing, identify issues, and suggest changes to enhance and improve the user's experience with our enterprise class software. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented people who want to work independently and in teams. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating usability
  • Defect identification, verification, reporting, and tracking
  • Developing and executing test plans and reporting test results
  • Designing automated tests and processes
  • Conducting software performance evaluations

This role does not involve travel.

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field
  • Experience with or desire to learn testing strategies and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem resolution skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with enterprise class financial software
  • Experience with relational database systems
  • Experience with a scripting language
